I actually look forward to my dental appts. The office assistants are warm, friendly and their first priority is that you are comfortable and pain free. The Dr. is comforting, reassuring and explains everything in great detail so there are no surprises. They try to accommodate for payments due and work with you as much as possible. An all over great experience and I highly recommend White Dental with great enthusiasm.!! more

My experience was great! First of all, I'm from out of town. I got pretty lost on my way there and Lauren was kind enough to stay on the phone with me to give me step by step directions. She also wrote down directions on how to get back so that I wouldn't get lost again. Julie was as gentle and as kind as could be, which is great for someone who has anxiety about going to the dentist. And, Dr. Buehler was honest, caring, and very sweet. I'll be back for sure...for many years to come! more

What I appreciate most about Dr. B and the staff is that they tell you what is coming next and why they are doing what they are doing. I appreciate knowing that and it takes some of the anxiousness out of the visit. more

Everyone was welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. During every step of my procedure, I was asked if I was okay and if I felt any discomfort. I didn't even feel the novocaine injection. They were kind, respectful and considerate. I even received a phone call the next day to ask how I was, if I had any problem or concerns. I did have a little pain when I bit down, so they asked me to come in within the hour to decrease the height of filling in my tooth. They fixed it and I'm doing great! more

I can sum up my overall experience with White Family Dental with this simple statement: There aren't enough words in the english language, or any other language for that matter, to discribe/explain the high level of professionalism and compassion that this team at White Family Dental showed me every single time I visited for work. My prior dentist was neglectfull and left a lot of work that needed to be done. The White Family Dental team stepped up to the challenge and completely fixed everything and......... in a very compassionate way. I am so very thankfull 2 co-workers recommended them. I am not disappointed. more

went to have an old filling taken out and a new one put in.all went well.i was in and out in a fairly decent time. everything was very well explained to me as to what was going to be done,even though I had it done before.they still were courteous enough to refresh my memory on the procedure more

Terri is an outstanding dental hygienist. She is gentle, thorough, and knowledgeable. The dentist is full of energy yet personable. I really like that she sits down and looks you in the eyes when she talks to you. She makes you feel that you are the most important person to her at the moment. more

I had a wonderful experience at White Family Dental again today. The staff are always friendly, welcoming and make sure that I am as comfortable as possible. They know who you are, are expecting you, value your time and make sure you understand what steps are taking place to ensure your teeth and gums are healthy. I want to also note I have never waited longer than 3 minutes to get started! It is such a wonderful feeling knowing my time is not wasted and I am received great care. I would highly recommend someone looking for a dentist to give White Family a try- you will not be disappointed. more

He is a cum laude graduate of West Virginia University and the West Virginia University School of Dentistry where he was a recipient of the National Public Health Scholarship. He still returns as a guest lecturer. To continue as a leading cosmetic and family dentist, Dr. White believes strongly in continuing education and is a regular participant in the prestigious Pankey Institute for continuing education, PAC live, and the Louisiana State University School of Dentistry Cosmetic Continuum. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the Pennsylvania Dental Association, the American College of Dentists, the Crown Council, the Lancaster County Dental Society, and the Fifth District Dental Society. Dr. Edward White has been recognized nationally and locally for his leadership skills and his commitment to community service. Locally, he was awarded the Vincent O'Conner service award for community service in Elizabethtown. He serves as a trustee at Elizabethtown College, and is a member of both the Elizabethtown Economic Development Board and the Elizabethtown Rotary International. In May 2009, Dr. White was awarded a Fellowship in the American College of Dentists for service to organized dentistry and to the Elizabethtown Community. Dr. White has served as a delegate to the Pennsylvania Dental Association, President of the 5th District Dental Society and as a board member of the Lancaster County Dental Society. He currently serves as the President of the Board of Governors of the West Virginia University Dental School and was previously on the Harrisburg Area Community College Hygiene School board.
