Do not move To The Falls\r \r The place stinks.\r \r The place has a permanent dog urine smell\r \r In the halls and all over.\r \r \r The management is very rude and\r \r Will charge 200 non-refundable administration fee. \r \r Your deposit will not be refundable either, even if you are clean and a good tenant.\r \r The carpets in the halls have never been replaced like in 30 years.\r \r They take a month to send maintance to your place, once something needs to be repaired\r \r You have no rights, only they do.\r \r \r I have been waiting to leave,\r \r But they charge 2000 to break the lease.\r \r Be aware and do not rent in here.\r \r I live in here and I hate it,\r \r For me it is horrible\r \r I have lived like this for 8 months,\r \r This is the Police head quarters, the police are always here checking out crocks\r \r People party too much in here, too noisy,\r \r Please do not move into this Horror!! Pros: good location Cons: very filthy place to live more

The Falls is totally not a family friendly place. There's too many young kids who live there. There were always parties & loud music being heard. Cops were always in the parking lot. Weekends were especially terrible, it was so hard to sleep with all the racket. I'm in my early 20's but when you have a 1 yr old you dont want to be around that. more
