I've been to Donna's shop quite a few times. She has a lot of experience with long arming and is so eager to share knowledge. I learn something new every time I visit the shop.

Great Service 9/24/2013

There is not better than great service. I have been experiencing an issue with tension (so I thought) and Donna went out of her way to ensure my issues were addressed. She took the time to explain what I was doing wrong and what I needed to look for when I changed threads. I have dropped in at the store and have seen her treat others the same way - with multiple customers, she always takes the time to answer the questions and makes sure the customer understands and leaves feeling good and ready to quilt. THANKS Donna! more

Since we've purchased our Fusion a year and a half ago Donna has been generous with her time to help us get started and to address issues as they arise. She responds quickly and her suggestions and advice have helped me move along my path towards proficiency. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a quilting machine. more

Donna had seen a post by me on a Yahoo group seeking help with a problem with my Avante. Even though she is not my area dealer she offered to help solve the problem. She sent many wonderful suggestions to help with troubleshooting and was so generous with her time in exchanging emails with me. Sure wish I lived close enough to visit her shop!! She sounds like a great dealer for someone who is looking to by an HQ. If she would offer so much help to me, I'm sure she'd be great resource for anyone who purchases a machine from her. I purchased a longarm quilting machine from Whatever's Quilted. Donna herself comes out and delivers and sets up the machine. She goes beyond to set it up correctly and to make sure you have everything you need to have you on your way. more

new hardware and software for my HQ16 quilter 4/3/2013

I recently upgraded my HQ16 long-arm quilter with new hardware and updated software. It was a flawless installation, Donna was extremely helpful with explaining the capabilities of the new hardware and I have had no issues since the installation. She is responsive to any questions I have and I would highly, highly recommend Whatever's Quilted. more

I found a great machine and Donna was willing to drive two hours to come out to my house and set it up for me. I have yet to set up a lesson on the machine, but will be doing that in the next few weeks. more

Excellent service! 2/7/2013

Donna Sontag/Whatever's Quilted provides excellent service. I purchased my Avante from her last year and she not only spent the day with us setting it up and showing us everything about it, but spent hours on the phone and email with me when I got myself into some tension problems. This week I ordered some MicroHandles from her...they arrived in 2 days, wonderfully packed with a few extras I had ordered and even a special goodie just for being a customer! I called her with installation questions (it was a breeze, just like she said) and she was helpful and always is so pleasant to talk with. I highly recommend Whatever's Quilted! more

Wonderful and fantastic 1/30/2013

The woman that helped us at Whatever's Quilted was fantastic in every way. I went into the store with my daughter and we had a wonderful experience. She explained the machine and everything else wonderfully. She was really on top of everything. After the purchase, she called me to make sure the UPS had delivered the quilting machine and to set up a time to install it. She was very helpful without being pushy. She was very courteous and explained everything in detail. She really took her time with us. It was wonderful. I would recommend her and her business to everyone. more
