Whaler's is basically a nice convenience store. They sell everything from milk to souvenirs to shampoo. My favorite part of their store is the deli. You can get a good sandwich and salad for a decent price. We like to go to Whaler's in the late morning and pick up lunch to take with us on our daily excursion. Whaler's is located in many shopping centers, though we always went to the one in the Shops at Wailea. more

Convenience store popular with visitors 8/27/2005

Whaler's General Store is a local themed sundries shop that can be found in many of Maui's shopping centers. Because of that, it's popular with visitors to the islands. Besides snacks and beverages, they sell throw away cameras, film, and batteries. If you forgot a health or beauty item, like suntan lotion,you can find it here. They have a good selection of souvenir items too. more
