I called to make an appointment and the receptionist literally told me that she did not have time to call my insurance company to get authorization for my appointment. Then, she said that if she gets the time later in the day, maybe she would schedule it. Therefore, I was left not knowing whether my appointment was going to be scheduled. It made no sense, and I personally would never want to work with a business that (1) has receptions treat customers this way and (2) turns away business.
