West Host is consistent, reliable, helpful, cost effective and constantly improving.
This review is going to be off the charts and possibly unbelievable ... I am the CEO of an Internet Marketing Management company in Tampa Florida. We have used WestHost since 1999 and this is the first review I've written for them. We have clients across North America.
In the last 11 years, we have used other companies for hosting in parallel with WestHost --- all with problems of some nature. We also partner with web design companies and market their clients on numerous hosting solutions. We have utilized these other hosting companies for a variety of reasons -- mainly business alignments with vendors and clients that were already using other solutions.
We have suffered through poor support, poor performance and other numerous headaches UNTIL last week. Our other primary hosting company tested our patience too far, so we have completely abandonded them and moved all our systems to WestHost.
We currently have a dedicated server, shared server and a Monoon Cloud environment; we will be consolidating some of these enviroments. The server company move has been exhausting and the only positive has been WestHost and their incredible support team.
We have logged tickets for help (not problems) at all hours of the day and night and receive responses within minutes (1-20 minutes or so). Even when a question has been outside normal support (custom script installs), they have given us helpful hints -- which simply save the day.
The variety of solutions, super polite & positive people, Live Chat, fast support response, server packages, cloud hosting and 11 years of experience with them --- Image Forward LLC is a big fan and supporter of WestHost.
Do not make PRICE your primary decision point; Service, Quality and Value should be more important. WestHost has the best hosting value out there!
