I will start by saying- that I have NEVER in my life been so embarrassed or ashamed of a floral arrangement sent to a grieving colleague. \r \r I ordered a 'beautiful' arrangement of sunflowers to be sent to the receiving/viewing of a colleagues father. They were supposed to be warm, inviting and hopefully add some happiness to an otherwise sad event. When I arrived last night at the viewing, I was curious to see how beautiful the flowers were. What I saw, was so shameful, I wanted to remove the card so that our colleague didn't know they had been sent from us. \r \r After calling the florist this morning and making her aware of how disappointed I was in the floral arrangement that they provided, not only was she RUDE to me on the phone (much like when I was ordering the flowers) but she changed her story up at first saying that she had personally made the arrangement, and then she blamed the new girl for the terribly ugly and screwed up arrangement. She said she would make note of it and adjust the bill accordingly (which I NEVER even received a copy of), to which I told her to send the nicest, biggest, and most expensive arrangement over to my colleagues house at no charge to us. We will see if this even happens.\r \r I also called FTD (the bouquet that I ordered was one of theirs) and asked FTD to remove this vendor from their company. This vendor is giving FTD a bad name, and having ordered through them directly before, I don't want to hinder their business at all. The woman at FTD assured me that they would be looking into this matter. \r \r Save your money and your embarrassment and use a different florist. I wish I would have checked their reviews before calling them. I would never be in the position I am now, fuming and furious, if I had thought ahead. (Shame on me!) more

I cannot agree the previous review more!! The owner is extremely rude. When I called recently to tell her that I received a ticket on my door stating that a delivery attempt was made and wondered why they didn't leave it by my front door (covered porch) like other florists have done, she suggested I come pick it up and then told me she would be there for 20 more min. When I said that it was a gift and I was sure the person sending it expected it to be delivered she started raising her voice and said it was my fault for not calling first thing the morning. Custmer service is dead at Westerville Florist. I'm sure you can find someone who would appreciate the business! more

The rudest owner ever! 4/11/2011

I love to support locally owned businesses. So I visited Westerville Florist and will never visit them again. I would rather use 1-800-flowers. I don't mind paying a little more for great customer service, but when the owner is rude and you know you can get it cheaper online...my advice..get it cheaper online. more

I like to window shop at Westerville Florist even when I don't need anything. The sidewalk is often spilling over with plants and flower selections. They offer all the amenities that other florists do, but I see the same people there and they recognize me. Their arrangements are always worth the price. Limited parking. more

Beautiful arrangement 11/25/2005

We received a beautiful "fall" arrangement for Thanksgiving this week, and couldn't be more satisfied. The flowers were fresh and the colors were vibrant, and they came in a really neat container. The delivery was on time and the gentleman was very professional. more
