Todd was very professional and courteous. Explained each step he was performing and made some suggestions I could take as a home owner. Found a blocked vent on the blower motor I didn't even know existed. I would definitely call them again. Thanks. more

Outstanding response and outstanding service . 7/14/2018

July 2028. — A great service ! Our AC kicked out on the hottest day of the year so far and with company due in under a week I scrambled to get repairs. I Called Western Heating and Cooling in Scappoose OR for help. I called at noon and they had someone to the house at 1:45. He zeroed in on the faulty part within minutes, had the required part in his truck and promptly had us back up and running. While he was hère he also checked a second part that often causes problems and the coolant pressure to assure we were set for the rest of the summer. While he worked he gave me his comments on our rather old AC unit and honestly said that it should be fine for a while longer. Come and gone in about an hour. Honest, timely and effective help — you can’t get better than that. And, he is a nice friendly guy with years of experience. Thank you Western for a great response to our system failure. Tech tuned up my ac and asked if I had any issues. Brought up a small issue of ac not blowing cold a few times. He went above and beyond and found the issue was our thermostat. He could have scheduled a service tech to come out, which would have been more money out of pocket, but instead did what he could and narrowed down the problem. Very happy with the customer service and work! more

Great service 6/20/2018

They came out same day. Told us between 1 to 4 hrs. They showed up within 15. They added a missing wire to our new nest thermostat and even flipped a switch to get more air into our addition. We will for sure use them again and recommend them. more
