Western Dental & Orthodontics

This place is complete chaos. I went there a couple of times but only because it was easy to make appointments there. Every visit i waited more than an hour even with an appointment. I received a call to get our semi-annual check ups and decided to schedule it. The day of the appointment we were told that our names were not on the schedule and there were too many people there that day. We left. I call back today and apparently each family can only schedule two people at each day. Bull! I, along with two brothers, needed to be seen but I will never go to this dirty place again. more

I booked an appt by phone and have never been at a Western Dental but I have a very busy work schedule and they are easy to get an appt with (now I see why, who would want to go there)... The front office staff is basically rude, unprofessional and acts like they are doing you a favor. I guess people who tend to go to this type of dental office iare used to being treated like cattle.. I had an appt and waited for an hour and still was not seen by the dentist... the waiting room is dirty and furnished with old 70's style chairs.. Just scary... I have dental insurance so I left and decided to make an appt with a dentist not a dental factory (a dirty one at that).. If you don' have insurance there are other great dentists in the long beach area that have payment plans and will give you and your children the care you deserve... Google it, there are a few dentists that offer better care and payment plans !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Stay away from this place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Really everyone deserves t more

This place ought to have its license revoked. It looks nice from the outside and waiting room but once you get inside you will see that the dentists are shoddy as are the assistants. I got my braces done there and was told I could take my braces early...even though they didn't feel ready yet. This was to save them money as I had already prepaid! What a ripoff.\r \r I hated this place and would not recommend it to anybody. I was such a sucker to go here. more
