As an employee here I wouldn't even recommend my family or friends to come here. The turn over rate is ridiculously high because anybody with any kind of morals and believes in good ethics leave this place! Western Dental doesn't want to pay licensed assistants so the assistants don't stay very long. They hire unlicensed assistants and pay them dirt and work them like a chinese sweat shop! The reason for long waits for patients is because they over book to make production and they don't have enough assistant to assist! I'm surprised that a place like this is allowed to be open with all the lawsuits and bad reviews! The company in my opinion is a money hungry business taking advantage of people on HMO's and have no insurance. This is not a health care provider it's more like a corrupt monopoly for "affordable" dental care. They take from the poor and give to themselves and family members that are intergrated throughout the company. Doctors won't even practice the same way the company pressures them to at their own private practices-that in itself states the same thing I addressed in the begining of this review.
