I have recently started using West Side Tire for all my car repair and maintenance needs. Travis and his staff are very knowledgable and I trust that they wouldn't suggest anything they wouldn't do if it was their own vehicle. I recommend them to anyone who needs car service. more

Everything was handled promptly and professionally with friendly attention 3/27/2012

I came in just for an oil change, but there were a few other things that I had them look at. They did so and made suggestions as to future servicing, but never pushed or suggested that I needed to do anything immediately. more

Very helpful, honest and prompt. 3/17/2012

My parents used them many years ago and really liked them. After I met Travis through BNI I started bringing our vehicles to him and will continue to do so. Love the people and their knowledge and their helpfulness in making sure what needs to be done is done, what doesn't need to be done isn't done and that I get where I need to get when I need to get there as well as getting there safely! Always high level of integrity and fair price. 3/15/2012

I had two cars, one of which had quite a few miles on it, and I went to West Side Tire and Auto when there were problems with my two cars. West Side Tire and Auto was great. They always got the job done in a timely fashion. They even provided shuttle services and gave me rides to work when my car was in, which were extremely appreciated and convenient. They were all very kind, friendly, and polite. I've been to other auto-shops and I would say that non compares to West Side Tire and Auto. I would recommend them to anyone. more

Poor Customer Service 7/7/2011

I took my car there for a new muffler. When I picked it up it had a flat tire. They told it was my fault and wouldn't fix it unless I paid for it. I ended up having to buy a tire from another shop. This was probably the worst customer service I've ever seen in my life. more
