I recently leased my first brand new car! I decided to go to West Herr of O.P to lease a New Dodge Durango because of the great deals shown on T.V and in the paper! Sam made the process smooth and was very helpful. he ensured that I walked away with the car I wanted and was satisfied. I ended up with a lower monthly payment than I had hoped for and a higher trade in value for my old car. Overall, the experience was great and Sam has my family and myself as long time costumers! more

What a great experience,I shopped 2 other dealers before going to West Herr...They were pushy and short. At West Herr Bill greeted me with a warm welcome,listened to what I wanted and showed me all my options.Mike if finance was not pushy either. Everyone was honest and professional. They do it right. more

Bill was a kind and patient salesperson, he was willing to present an offer that was far less than the asing price without pressuring me into changing my mind. We found a mutual price and Bill allowed me to sleep on the deal without calling me to pressure me. I have never met Bill prior to the deal for my daughters car . He has a customer for life.
