Real Joke 11/16/2014

I took my pet sun conure of 7 years... my baby to this ass*ole. He claimed to be an avian vet. He said my parrot was emaciated because I don't take care of her and she was eggbound and put her on antibiotics. I toweled her 4 times a day (stressing her out) to make sure she got her meds. He did NO bloodwork on her or fecal cultures to confirm an infection- which she didn't have. The place smelled horrible and was dirty. I took my bird to a real vet in Shamokin. She has cancer. Yes... she was losing weight. Not because I didn't take care of her, but because she was dying. I have to put her to sleep tomorrow. This vet is a joke. Do NOT take your pet to him. more

Life saver! (Litterally) 2/14/2011

My rabbit had an infection that would have killed him. Thanks to Dr. Trippet, my rabbit made a full recovery and lived to a ripe old age! I can't thank them enough! more

Dr Trippett SAVED our dogs life. Our dog (11 years old) took VERY ill one evening. I called Dr Trippett, they made an appiontment for first thing in the morning and advised what we could do to comfort her during the night. \r She was in kidney failure, they kept her at the office until she was doing better. Now- over a year later, she is like a new dog! We have 4 dogs and 2 cats. I trust their lives to Dr Trippett more

Dr. Trippett and his staff are very kind to the animals, we have several animals . Cats and Dogs, we have been taken in quickly for emergency treatment and our animals have had to stay for periods of time, they were treated so well, we could come and visit them while they were hospitalized, it was helpful to the animals and to us. Scam 12/30/2005

I took my 10 yr old cat here to get her yearly shots and the doctor told me that I needed to get her teeth cleaned which would mean putting her under anesthesia. I took her for a second opinion elsewhere and I was told her teeth were fine. It was also very dirty there and smelt very bad. PROS: NONE CONS: more
