At about 6:05 p.m. today, I was given incorrect change. I was short 25 cents. When the error was pointed out at the drive thru the employee rudely told me my change was correct without counting it, then became irritated that I didn't just leave. Finally, she became loud and obnoxious and rudely gave me the quarter. I chalked it up to her being young and dumb. The proper thing to do was to apologize for the mistake and give me my change. If customer service is not part of training at Wendy's,as it should be, then at least try not to hire people who are not just gererally ignorant.
Pros: meal was fine as usual
Cons: Customer service in great need of improvement
