I'm SO glad that they finally decided to put a Wells fargo bank in Rathdrum. It makes my banking needs so much easier now that I only have to drive across town.

Not the best in everything, but.. 2/6/2006

OK, first, we have banked here for over 20 years. That said, I really don't feel like we have the friendliest bank around. Online they are superb. But they used to have a much friendlier staff than they do now. And I have heard this from a lot of friends too. If all you want in a bank experience is online banking and the numbers to come up right, then this is the place to go... if you are looking for great customer service, then I'm not so sure. PROS: They seem to be everywhere and their online banking CONS: customer service with a smile more

I recently wen to this Wells Fargo location to cash a check I had gotten from one of their customers. I'm not a customer myself of Wells fargo, so they wanted to charge me a $5 fee just to cash the check. I told them that was insane and they kindly waived the fee for me. more
