Joseph's issue w/ brushing and flossing 1/3/2012

Always pleasant. For Joseph sometimes when he does not take care of his teeth he needs more than 'you should' do this... Cline's suggestion was to maybe show a video showing the dangers of 'not' doing this might get his attention. thanks -Jana more

I always receive excellent care at Welborne White & O'Leary! Dr. Neal Welborne is a real craftsman when it comes to dental care. He does amazing work and know I'm receiving the kind of care I expect from a healthcare professional. Peggy is a great hygenist and does a wonderful job. The office staff are always pleasant and ready to assist with any and all billing, scheduling or other needs. more

Experience with Doc Neil 12/20/2011

My experience was wondeful as always! Quick in, great cleaning and Doc Neil was there to check out the mouth within just a few minutes! He always makes my experience personal by sharing his family with me(loved to see the boys DEER pics) and always asking about mine....seeing as we were one of your first customers in the door.....100 years ago! Hope all the folks up there have a very Merry Christmas and Happiest of New Years!!! more

Emergency Care Quick! 12/17/2011

I had a dental emergency on Thursday after having just been in on Monday. I called and they got me right in. I took my Kindle all prepared to sit a spell and read and they were just too fast. Gotta to go home and read! I really appreciate not having to wait even when I have a dental emergency. Thank you Dr. Welborne more

To make going to the dentist such a pleasure means that everything is being done right. From the moment you walk in the door, it is like the "heaven" of dental clinics. Everything is aesthetically pleasing, high tech, affordable, with all of this perfectly choreographed for the best of the patients. They get five stars and a big WOW and many thanks! more

Many healthcare professionals nowadays seem to think that their patients should feel privileged to be allowed into their practices, but that is certainly not the case at this office. I never have to wait beyond my appointment time, and they always perform the cleanings, etc. quickly but thoroughly! The dentist also takes any concerns you have regarding tooth/gum/mouth issues into account and explains options/treatments/etc very well, and still always has time to chat, so I never feel rushed through the process in any way. Instead I get the feeling that these folks are naturally friendly and enjoy (and take pride in) their work, but also value my time. I feel like a VALUED AND RESPECTED customer here, and I have and will continue to recommend this dental practice to all my friends and family. more

I was extremely nervous having my first major dental procedure at 48 years old. Dr. Welbourn and Rebecca made my visit as easy as possible. They finished sooner than expected and I felt no pain or discomfort. Most of all they tried to alleviate my stress during the procedure. Thanks a bunch to everyone at this office. more
