I don't normally leave feedback, but I've really had it with this agent and his office. The communication is just terrible. No one usually answers the calls during business hours, and if you decide to leave a message, no one will call you back unless you start repeatedly harassing them. We chose this agent because of the proximity to where we were living in Hillsboro. We moved since, and even though they service our homeowners, they still send our car insurance information to the old address. I've left a couple of messages about that now.
After getting another spam e-mail today from Mr. Weiner wanted ME to call HIM to talk about my insurance policy, I've decided I am going to find myself another agent.
I had a great Allstate agent in Ohio, so I'm just hoping I found a lemon in my first try here in Oregon.
