JUST A NOTE TO COMMEND THE TWO WORKERS THAT WERE AT MY HOME, EXCELLENT JOB WITH THE CARPET AND EXCELLENT PEOPLE SKILLS. THEY HAD TO PUT UP WITH TWO KIDS WHO WOULDN'T LEAVE THEM ALONE. LOL OUR KIDS LIKED THEM SO MUCH THEY CRIED WHEN THEY LEFT. WE JUST MOVED IN THE AREA AND WE DECIDED TO USE WECKER'S BECAUSE WE SAW IN THE PAPER THEY WERE VOTED NUMBER 1 IN FLOORING FOR FIVE YEARS IN A ROW. WE NOW KNOW WHY! AND YES THE FLOORING LOOKS GREAT! Pros: THEY WERE ON TIME, GREAT INSTALLERS, AND WOUNDERFUL SALES PEOPLE Cons: THERE WASNT ANY!! more

A short life for a new, upgraded carpet. You can see the layout of my subflooring beneath my carpet. The carpet now needs to be pulled and tucked, it's lifting and buckling in areas. It's a new construction carpet, residential home, no unusal carpet use, carpet is less than 5 yrs old. Wecker's did a poor job with the install, as told to me by three other companies. Wecker's wants to assess THEIR own work, wants to charge me for the house call, on customer complaint! And will charge me for all the repair work, because they have a one yr warranty on installs! Which I believe warrants them to do bad work and get away with it! Service guy hung up on me. Never had this problem in an older house with older carpet? Pros: is there any?
