We live in the Hawaiian Monarch. Since Web Service took over the laundry room it has been a nightmare. I am a professional business man and consider my time to be important. For me to be here complaining means I have been cheated by web service more than once.
Their new front loading washers look fancy but break down. Every time I went to do laundry it's like playing Russian roulette with the machines. If it's not me I see someone else having a problem. The washers either take your $2.75 and do nothing or fail to spin dry your clothes. This meand you have to take longer drying.
The dryers: It's $2.75 to dry but here is the stinker. Every laundromat I have ever been to in my life works this way. Put in .25 for minutes, or a minimum + .25 for additional time. Not Web Service driers. You put in $2.75 and if you add a quarter for that little more time you need. Nope, it eats your money. You have to put another $2.75 to finish drying your clothes.
Like the sign in the laundry room says. Use their machines at your own risk. I have called and requested refunds but that has never happened. Since they have taken my money more than once. I hope to take some away from them by this post.
Pros: Hawaiian Monarch
Cons: Front loadmachines are constantly breaking down....
