The Weatherby-Eisenrich Agency tends to be problem prone. I've experienced many problems when trying to collect insurance. They seem to accept money just fine but when they are expected to pay they will sneak around to avoid it. I don't suggest using them. They are friendly people though, and are generally very nice. That doesn't make up for the poor service though. more
