  • R. Leslie Waycaster, Jr. has been practicing law in Dalton, GA since July, 1980 and has been an approved mediator with the GA Supreme Court since 1995. He is regarded among the top 5% of mediation lawyers in GA and specializes in representing people injured in collisions, by defective products and by slips and falls. Mr. Waycaster is also local counsel for the Georgia Sheriffs Association in 14 counties across Northwest GA and has extensive experience handling business litigation involving claims for breach of contract and fraud, as well as violations of State and Federal RICO statutes. He has been involved with several cases resulting in settlements and or/verdicts in excess of one million dollars; In 1990 he acted as lead counsel in the medical malpractice case Tanner v. Heymore, which at that time was the highest verdict ever returned in Madison County Superior Court. Having earned the highest possible rating of AV from Martindale-Hubbell for legal ability and ethical standards, Mr. Waycaster is consistently dedicated to elevating the level of legal representation available in Northwest GA.
    Timothy H. Allred was admitted to the State Bar of GA in 1982 and served as a Workers Compensation attorney for several of the largest employers in Northwest GA (including Shaw Industries, Mohawk Industires, J&J Industries, K-Mart, Liberty Mutual Ins. Co., State Farm Ins. Co., and Hartford Ins. Co.) from then until 2001. He litigated hundreds of Workers Compensation cases at all levels from the State Board of Workers Compensation to the GA Court of Appeals. Since that time he has focused his legal practice on representing people injured on the job and applying for Social Security Disability benefits. Commanding the Martindale-Hubbell rating of BV, "Distinguished", Mr. Allred has taught classes on Banking Law and Education Law to professionals in those fields, and served as the School Board Attorney for Dalton Public Schools for over 15 years
