R. Leslie Waycaster, Jr. has been practicing law in Dalton, GA since July, 1980 and has been an approved mediator with the GA Supreme Court since 1995. He is regarded among the top 5% of mediation lawyers in GA and specializes in representing people injured in collisions, by defective products and by slips and falls. Timothy H. Allred was admitted to the State Bar of GA in 1982 and served as a Workers Compensation attorney for several of the largest employers in Northwest GA (including Shaw Industries, Mohawk Industires, J&J Industries, K-Mart, Liberty Mutual Ins. Co., State Farm Ins. Co., and Hartford Ins. Co.) from then until 2001. He litigated hundreds of Workers Compensation cases at all levels from the State Board of Workers Compensation to the GA Court of Appeals. Since that time he has focused his legal practice on representing people injured on the job and applying for Social Security Disability benefits.
