NEVER EVER EVER RENT AT WAVERLYWOOD!!!!! I just moved out and they got me with about $900 in ""fees"" because I never gave them a security deposit. Then the ""ladies"" in the office proceeded to tell me they have never charged anyone for anything before and I was a ""disgusting"" housekeep. This made me a little upset, but even more upset when I stared asking around to people who have lived there and also had to pay ridiculous fees for minor things. They charged me $25 to clean an already clean tub! $25!!!!!!!!!! TO CLEAN A TUB!!!! And $20 to sweep under my stove!!!!!! They have the rudest staff and the worst maintenence staff anywhere. The women in the office will treat you like you don't know what you are talking about and ignore what you have to say. I had an issue where I was told by someone who showed me the apartment that I could keep the blinds because the previous tenants left them. I have 2 witnesses who heard her say this. Then when I moved out I was charged $60 for missing blinds. I told the woman in the office that the person who showed me the apartment said they were mine and she told me that I was never told that. SHE WASN""T EVEN THERE!! How would she know? They charge outrageous rent yet can't afford anyone who knows how to plow snow! The guys just push it into the parking spots!!! Hello?! Where am I supposed to park?? I have rented other places and never had such a horrible experience. And I have also never had to PAY THEM when I left. THIS PLACE IS THE RUDEST MOST EXPENSIVE PLACE EVER... THESE PEOPLE TELL YOU THEY WILL WILL WORK WITH YOU AND ALL AND THEY DO NOT, SINCE I HAVE LIVED HERE IN NOV 2007- TIL RECENTLY (LOOKING FOR A NEW PLACE) -I HAVE BEEN ASSAULTED BY SOMEONE WHILE I AM PREGNANT, CAN'T FIND A PARKING SPACE HALF OF THE TIME WHEN I COME HOME NEAR MY COMPLEX, HAD PROBLEMS WITH NEIGHBORS OVER AND OVER AND THEY WILL NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT,HAD MY APARTMENT BROKKEN INTO,NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE.....IT IS THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED....I DON'T RECOMMEND IT OVER MY LIFE. more

There have been numerous break ins, and cover ups about it.....someone got a hold of master set of keys I heard...staff is VERY unpleasent and when you have an issue with little sqeaky creatures with tails, fire's, or break ins......you are hung up on...but wait!!! There is more!!!!! They raise the rent $30 a month every year....not to make doors and locks safe, because you have to pay the extra $75 to have deadbolt installed for that and use dowls to keep the windows shut.. Oh, and there is one washer and dryer for 8 apartments....and you can fill up on a dollar menu for what it costs to do your laundry there...STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!! more

The women in the office onsite and at the main office in Rochester are possibly the rudest people I have ever dealt with. They are condecending and say that they will follow through on things never do. They act like they are above you and that they feel that they are better than everyone who walks through the door. There are several people who live in this complex that I have spoken to that fully agree with this about them. All I can say is NEVER rent from this company they are the worst company I have ever rented from. Pros: Location Cons: The staff more
