Great for oil changes and fast service 3/14/2014

They have always taken great care of my jeep for oil changes etc. But when it came time for my 90k service, I got my estimate, I just about fell off the chair. Over $800 just in labor!!!! Ended up being over $1300. I will still go here for oil and tire rotation, but I will be taking my business elsewhere for any future major services. more

Spring Special 3/11/2014

Friendly service. Shocked that no one seemed to know about the email coupon blast that you sent out for the Spring Special? I appreciate the shuttle as I live in town. Very disappointed that I was not informed or called to be informed that it would take 8-hours and loss of a whole day for simple oil change, tire rotation, alignment and enable of DRL for my Challenger. This makes me think I may need to choose another dealer or other business for my next maintenance service. more

I bought someone else's problem! 2/20/2014

It seems like the dealer really didn't do a thorough inspection at all or just fixed the "required" items and left the rest up to the customer to do. Poor choice to make because I won't give any repeat service to a dealer like this! more
