The best dentist I have had!! I have been going to Dr. Shirvani for almost 5 years now. I love her and her staff. I have always been treated so well there. She has done multiple procedures on me and I love my smile. I always get compliments from everyone. She is my dentist for life. more

I normally do not write reviews for businesses that I visit, but my experience at Waterside Dental Care warrants a review. To begin with, Dr. Shirvani was the best dentist I have ever been to. She was absolutely wonderful and incredibly talented. Dr. Shirvani performed 3 cavities on me painlessly and effortlessly! I could not believe that visiting the dentist would be so relaxing and easy! She is incredibly professional and intelligent, I would trust her professional opinion without a doubt! I'm considering calling the American Dental Association and informing them that they must recognize on of their best dentists! more

I can't believe someone would write such a bad review about Dr. Shirvani and Waterside Dental Care! You must have some personal issues. I have been a patient of theirs since 2008. I have had many of my teeth fixed by her and my teeth cleaned by their Hygenist Jessica. I have had such great experience with all of them. If I ever had a problem, it was resolved immediately. She is so caring and professional and honest. To the bad reviewers, you need to get a reality check when you go to another dental office and you will see that no where will be as nice as they are. Take your problems somewhere else and stop writing stuff that is not true! We love you Waterside! more

To those who have had a great experience with her, I am glad you did not have to go through what I did. I never write reviews, but I feel led to after my experience there. Dr, Shirvani is very friendly until you have an issue. That is when she drops the ball and you will never get your problem addressed again. Sadly, she is only in this for the money. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt that she is a doctor who cared enough about her patients to make sure the job was done correctly, but she is not. I went to another dentist to find out why I am in so much pain still and he was shocked to see the horrible job she did on my tooth. Don't fall for her false friendly tactics when you go in for your first visit. more

I have to say I never write reviews, but this time I had too. This was one of the best experiences I have had at a dental office. I needed some work done and the dentist is so nice. She treated me so well. I didn't even feel the injection. I am so happy I tried them out. I will be sending my whole family there. more

I have not one good thing to say. They are very friendly getting you in as a new patient, spend a little $$, open a line of credit b/c you will need it there. She talked me into 3 ROOT CANALS in 1 day, made a bridge which I got 12/10. It is now 3/29/11 and so far one has fallen out, not once,twice & b/c they refused to see me, I now have to see an ORAL SX b/c the post broke off and I have to wear a horrific ""flapper"" forever that makes me sound ridiculous. And TRIED to get me to pay for it! Few days later crown #2 falls off, missed approx 2 weeks of work. I use to love to smile..not now. I felt embarrassed kissing my own husband. and my new crown came in today but they again refused to see me, ""I MUST KEEP MY APPOINTMENT for tomorrow @ 9am. "" Not giving a care that i have had to use toothpaste to keep the very front tooth in, and it's such a lovely shade of blue, by the way. You would think since she caused me to loose a permanent tooth a few weeks prior that she would want me in her office ASAP. But NOOO...too busy today. I have worked in healthcare over 15 years front, back office positions and I KNOW when a patient truly needs to be seen, you see that patient. Stay 5-10 minutes after work. You do the right thing. I was so PISSED about this I called a dentist I saw as a child and he said he would put the crown in, oh man!! When I said I wanted MY tooth back and I will pick it up since you are so busy. ""NO they have to seed it"" DID SHE PAY $2300.00?? NOPE, DO NOT THINK SO. Oh, Ms Jenn9 REVIEW over there...you walk into any dental office and THEY ALL HAVE TEETH WHITING!!! BUT..you miss one cleaning ""WARRANTY"" IS VOID!! My experience @ this place will affect me for the rest of my life now. Thanks! more

The staff here is beyond amazing and friendly. They are very educated in their field and very thorough in their work. I actually don't mind going to the dentist for the first time in my life because I know that if they do find problems with my teeth, they will take good care of me and correct the problem. Plus, if you show up for your appointments every six months you get Free teeth whitening for life!!! This includes trays that are personalized for you by using molds of your teeth and every time you come in you get tubes of the whitening solution. If you are looking for a new dentist or just want good quality work done on your teeth, you should come here!!! Pros: Free teeth whitening for life!!! Cons: None that I know of. more
