My son has been going to Watch Me Grow for 6 years and I must admit Watch Me Grow has truly been a blessing to me. I work long hours and I love the fact that I can drop him off in the morning and have no worries about him. The staff has always been helpful and when I forget things l know Brandy and staff will always make sure he's taken care of. It's like dropping him off with family.....It's certainly a peace of mind knowing my son is in such good hands. My son's bus would forget to pick him up and The staff would give me a call to let me know and assure me he would get to school....he has never missed a day. Thanks for the great job!!! more

The Watch Me Grow staff and programs, in my opinion are continuously growing and thriving especially in the areas of appropriate behavior modification, increased social skills, correct use of the children's large muscle, and small muscle development, along with age appropriate education. I enrolled my very active son over a year ago, and though there has been very few staff that were not pleasant at times, or even abrupt, yet they no longer work at the center, so it appears to me that if a staff member doesn't seem to fit, or workout, then upper management must be aware, and are proactive in taking the steps to make the necessary changes to not keep them employed with this company, as a GOOD BUSINESS decision for all involved. I have had minimal concerns over this past year with some procedures regarding my own son, yet whenever I brought these concerns or challenges to the director, Brandi, or any other staff member, I felt like my concerns became their concerns, and we all worked together to find a solution, and or make the necessary adjustments to ensure certain things would not continue. I have never felt uncomfortable with leaving 1 of my most valuable blessings I have in my life (my son) in the care of Watch Me Grow. My son's behavior, conversation, and demeanor when I drop him off or pick him up, tells me plenty. He is very happy there, he continues to grow rapidly, and cognitively he is very advanced. I owe a huge portion of my son's achievement to the wonderful staff, and program outline at Watch Me Grow. I have 4 older children, and have dealt with many daycare/preschool centers over the years, and Watch Me Grow is absolutely ONE of the best. I already recommend this center to people I know, along with other business's I work with in the community. So I would like to thank all of the CURRENT staff at Watch Me Grow, for everything you do with our young children, and for making it possible for single career mom's, like me, to go to work each day with my mind at ease, knowing my son is in excellant hands, and is getting his early education jump started. more

This place is great, both my kids have been going here for 2 years now. The staff is awesome! My son has learned so much here. The summer programs are fun, they have water days, go to the park and even go to the ice rink at the Fiesta Rancho and much more! My work offers child care for us but I chose to send them here. more

This facility has really gone in a downward spiral the past few months. Staff look unhappy and are dropping like flies. I dont know who does the hiring but WOW the new people are horrible and last maybe a week or two and then they quit. My kid will only be here for a few more weeks and then he will be going somewhere else. The director lies, the ""sassy"" front desk guy (who no longer works the front) is vulger, and lazy. He is never up and playing with the kids, he is always sitting down. I also agree with the TV thing. I do not pay for my kid to watch movies/TV, I pay for him to learn and play. The kids could be coloring, building something, playing simon says, playing outside, anything BUT watching TV. The two young teachers are gone, which is sad because they did play with the kids....and my son loved them! The new lady they have at the front is just rude. She is overly professional I guess I should say and doesnt give that warm, loving feeling. Atleast the director acts like she cares and says Hi and Bye, but the new front desk person says NOTHING. There are a few good teachers at the school or atleast from what I have encountered with my son being there for some time, but its sad to see so many quitting and Im sure the ones we love will leave soon too. Its been a hard decision but its come to the point where we have to find a new school and hope its better, but at this point anything is. more

I genuinely love this daycare. I recently moved out of state and the hardest part was saying goodbye to them. My ex husband and I have a different custody agreement and the school was very accommodating and very welcoming to both my son and I. He used to be a hard to handle little boy, mostly because he's a toddler and a boy. He has a lot of energy and I've had other sitters and daycares quickly dismiss him. This daycare was the first one I've seen that was able to find his talents and positives and use them to help him become a better behaved toddler. He loved his teachers and friends and oddly, the day he acted out was his last day. Thank you so much Watch Me Grow!!! I am so thankful for you guys! more

Great Places Love it!!! 4/1/2012

Watch Me Grow has been the best place I have enrolled my children in. They have helped both my family and my children in many ways. I don't understand why people have to say that the male office manager is sassy and rude. He is very nice to every parent that comes to Watch Me Grow, helpful and very loving to all the children, even making sure to greet them by name. If you don't have anything good to say about anyone at Watch Me Grow then move on with your own life. Every teacher there is making a change in your children and providing a safe learning experience. This is the best place to bring your children to. A big thanks to all the Staff at Watch Me Grow and keep up the great job. Always, Dr. Perez's Family more

TERRIBLE 3/25/2012

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE! I wonder who wrote the previous two positive reviews. The wording is similar and perhaps sounds like it came from an EMPLOYEE. What a shame if they have to write their own reviews. However, I completely agree with the below person. The male office manager is completely SASSY and rude! I can not believe they keep him employed! The facility does occasionally SMELL like diapers, but lets face it people it is a CHILD CARE facility. It will sometimes smell like diapers, especially in potty training rooms. I think the facility does a good job in limiting the smell as much as possible by taking out the trash often! Some of the teachers here look very unhappy, however some of them don't. The teachers in my childs room seem very happy and loving, however the things I do NOT like, besides the male manager are: 1. The amount of TV time my child watches. Every night the classes get together in the big room and watch TV. I think my child can do something else at night when the rooms combine like PLAY and SOCIALIZE rather than watch TV. 2. The two male teachers. They're kids for god sakes. They have no idea what they're doing and DO NOT know how to properly talk to children. 3. The cook. Every time I see her she ALWAYS looks angry! more

Happy 3/14/2012

My children have been going to Watch Me Grow for years. My Daughter will be going to Kindergarten this year and with the help of her teacher she is already reading. Both of my chidren's Teachers are awesome. We have parent meetings every month, and the Teachers are always willing to talk to me about thier day. I would recomend the center to anyone. more

Dirty and full of un-educated, foul mouthed ""teachers"" 1/16/2012

We recently switched to Watch Me Grow, and I must say, the staff is nasty and has no business ""teaching"" our children. The guy that works the front is sassy and disrespectful. The ""teachers"" look fresh out of high school and look miserable being there. It smells like dirty diapers all the time. Never going back more

I had a good experience! 3/11/2009

The managers and caregivers are really friendly and helpful. They always seem genuinely happy to see my son and have been very understanding with my weird work schedule. Pros: Great staff Cons: What are the drawbacks? more
