The Watch Me Grow staff and programs, in my opinion are continuously growing and thriving especially in the areas of appropriate behavior modification, increased social skills, correct use of the children's large muscle, and small muscle development, along with age appropriate education. I enrolled my very active son over a year ago, and though there has been very few staff that were not pleasant at times, or even abrupt, yet they no longer work at the center, so it appears to me that if a staff member doesn't seem to fit, or workout, then upper management must be aware, and are proactive in taking the steps to make the necessary changes to not keep them employed with this company, as a GOOD BUSINESS decision for all involved. I have had minimal concerns over this past year with some procedures regarding my own son, yet whenever I brought these concerns or challenges to the director, Brandi, or any other staff member, I felt like my concerns became their concerns, and we all worked together to find a solution, and or make the necessary adjustments to ensure certain things would not continue. I have never felt uncomfortable with leaving 1 of my most valuable blessings I have in my life (my son) in the care of Watch Me Grow. My son's behavior, conversation, and demeanor when I drop him off or pick him up, tells me plenty. He is very happy there, he continues to grow rapidly, and cognitively he is very advanced. I owe a huge portion of my son's achievement to the wonderful staff, and program outline at Watch Me Grow. I have 4 older children, and have dealt with many daycare/preschool centers over the years, and Watch Me Grow is absolutely ONE of the best. I already recommend this center to people I know, along with other business's I work with in the community. So I would like to thank all of the CURRENT staff at Watch Me Grow, for everything you do with our young children, and for making it possible for single career mom's, like me, to go to work each day with my mind at ease, knowing my son is in excellant hands, and is getting his early education jump started.
