This butchering service is really great. You can buy a cow or bring your own. They will hang your meat as long as you like which is wonderful for tenderizing. They butcher, wrap, and box your meat and call before it is ready so you know when to pick it up. You can order any cuts you want and they butcher to your specification. We have been customers twice over five years. Once with a beef we bought from them and once with our own beef. They also do other animals. We will use them again, for sure. Prices are really reasonable also. I recommend them highly.
