I was looking for a specific Yamaha piano for a while. I checked out the store and knew that they are the only authorized dealer in the area. On a special occasion when I drove by the store again, I saw a sale sign that led me to check it out again. To my surprise, the sales associate worked out a good deal to me. With her great customer service, I finally purchased my dream piano within my budget. I recommend this dealer. more

I called the store ahead of time to check for inventory of a specific model I was looking for. The lady who answered the phone was very helpful and provided additional information about other models that might meet my needs as well. Her friendly and forthcoming demeanor convinced me to visit the store with my family that same afternoon to look at all the selections at the store. The same lady whom I had spoken through walked us through different models of pianos. We were very impressed with her knowledge of the models they have on the floor. Needless to say, we ended up buying a piano from Classic Pianos. Their customer service is excellent and I would highly recommend them to friends and family. more

We bought a Yamaha Piano in Classic Pianos Bellevue for our little daughters. We do not have any piano’s skill and experience, so we were nervous when we got in store. But the staff was very professional, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Our sales representative Haidi Yang showed us options in all price ranges, and did not talk disparagingly about the cheaper options. Then she kindly left us alone, while we wandered the place, trying out various pianos. \r \r After a couple hours, we found a right one we can afford . The price was exactly what we expected. We got a good price when we have a negotiation. Piano delivered very quickly with great experiences services. We also have free coupons for turning. \r Classic Pianos has a trade-in policy. If we wish to upgrade, we can sell the piano back to them at full price or trade the new model that we like. \r \r Special thanks to Haidi Yang sales representative\r \r We highly and definitely recommend checking out Classic Pianos Bellevue.\r more

The store is conveniently located on the east side in downtown Bellevue. They have a good selection of piano for both beginners and advanced pianist. They offer an awesome trade up program. The sales lady, Haidi, was very knowledgeable and helpful. No push sale. She was also good with following up with delivery of our piano. I had a wonderful experience overall. I would recommend this place for all my friends and family is they ever need to purchase a piano new or used! more

We bought a fantastic piano from Classic Pianos recently. Appreciated their friendliness and professional advice. John, Haidi and Frank were all very helpful in suggesting which one is best for our needs. I learned all the pros and cons about different brands and models although it was a time consuming task. They truly helped me and it was worth the time. Impressive back room to find the one we want. It's like a dream came true, a best friend in my house. more

I have bought a Yamaha CLP 430 at this store and I was highly satisfied with my experience. The staff, especially Heidi, who helped us, was very friendly and helpful. We took our time to choose the right instrument for my daughter and played almost all the pianos in the store. When I need to upgrade, then I definitely come back to this store. more

We heard of Classic Piano from some friends and bought our Yamaha P22 last Christmas. The Customer Service was excellent and It was a very fast Delivery. Now My daughter loves her beautiful piano and she spends a lot of time practicing with it. So far we are very happy to this piano and would love to recommend it to others. more

My visit to the store was very impressive. The store had a large inventory and I was able to find the piano I was hoping to buy. The customer service I received was superior and I was very glad that I was able to ask some more specific questions about tuning and quality and get answers from a employee who is also a tuner. The employees KNOW what they're talking about. This store really prides itself on selling a quality product and making the piano buying experience easy for everyone who walks in the door. After reading the excellent reviews online, I came into Classic Pianos a few weeks ago to begin my hunt for a new piano. My hunt ended fairly shortly as I made up my mind to purchase a brand new Yamaha grand piano from the folks at Classic Pianos only a few days later. John, Haidi, and the rest of the staff were very professional and pleasant to work with. I did not experience the aggressive sales tactics or pressure to buy ""NOW"" that I experienced with a few other piano dealers that I have been to. John and Haidi were very patient and took the time to thoroughly answer the numerous questions that I had. If you are thinking about buying a new or used piano, make sure to check out John and the rest of the staff at Classic Pianos! You won't be disappointed. more

we went to classic pianos in bellevue to browse for pianos. all the staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful. we ended up buying a very nice starter piano for our daughter that was within our budget. there was no pressure from the sales end and we were even given a discount on the piano as well. the shopping experience was pleasant and painless. we felt welcome even though we weren't shopping for a super expensive piano. we were hoping to have the piano delivered the next day and they came through on that front as well. i would definitely recommend classic pianos to anyone shopping for a piano....new, used, budget, high end. more

A dream fulfilled. As a trained musician it has been my life-long dream to own a grand piano. Life circumstances and putting children through college delayed the pursuit of that dream. However, this year that dream came to fruition with the capable and helpful assistance of Fred Riley and staff at Classic Pianos of Seattle. My wife and I traveled to the west coast from the midwest to make this important purchase. Fred spent countless hours with me on the phone prior to our travel, and patiently guided us through the process of making the selection of the perfect piano for our home. After the sale, Fred carefully orchestrated the safe delivery of our new Schimmel for the journey of 2200 miles from Seattle to our home in Illinois. For our 5th wedding anniversary, my husband surprised me with a baby grand piano! Though only out shopping to price a piano, he ended up purchasing one at Bellevue Classic Pianos after being given great customer service. Both Fred and John served us when we bought our piano. We were very pleased with the service, knowledge, and skill of their staff. The store has a bright, cheery ambience, with great lighting and the ability to maneuver through the pianos easily. We have a wonderful lifetime upgrade on our piano, which we plan to put to use later in life. We will definitely be returning to Classic Pianos! more
