TERRIBLE , this place is a joke- sometimes they open sometimes they don't . Customer service is pathetic and the car wash is the worst. Need to get a manager who has some people skills. Should just close the place . more

VERY poor customer service. 12/18/2008

I called today to get a ""ballpark"" price on auto detailing and was told they needed to see the car first. That I can understand for an exact price but she couldn't/wouldn't give me a low/high amount. I don't have the time to drive from place to place getting an estimate to wash & wax my car. Audrey was very rude and hung up on me. Sorry ""Wash Shop & Oil Stop"" someone else will get my money. Cons: very poor customer service by Audrey more

Spotless 12/8/2007

I take my car here once a month for ""the works"". They always do a great job, especially cleaning my wheels which other places in the past have neglected to clean because they are intricate. They are very thorough and never miss a spot! I will continue to stop by monthly for as long as I own a car!!! more
