The friendly nurse gets the basic information and asks me a to go through a survey since I am a first-time patient. This place has some money because there was a printer in the patient room, she was typing my information into a lap top and everyone was carrying around a sort of Ipad to take notes on. I have been coming here for about 6 years (before they were even at this new location) and have always had excellent service. I had several medical problems (sleep, knee, back) that other doctors offices couldn't seem to help me with. Paul (the physician I regulary see) if he can't personally help, he has spot on perfect referrals. My life has been completly changed since coming here. I never seem to have problems getting an appointment, and unlike other places I used to go to there is very little wait time. I have sent friends and family here, and all have left happy. more

Dr. Tsai came into the room right after the survey, listened to my concerns and gave me solutions to my problems. He was kind, patient and took his time which again I find a somewhat unique experience for a doctor's appointment. He referred me to the lab at 12:04. more

I arrived at 11:30 and was pleasantly surprised by the ""fancy"" lobby. It was spacious, clean, tech-savvy, and even had a beautiful aquarium.\r Even though the appointment flew by I never felt rushed. Warner Family Practice is efficient, professional and friendly and I will absolutely be returning, I'm even making my husband switch over to this place! :) more

I've found it easy to get in for unplanned visits (as long as it doesn't matter who you see), but they book physicals (which they pretty much make you do on an annual basis to be seen for anything) way out.\r \r The office was in walking distance of my first place when I moved to Chandler, but since then I've moved to North Scottsdale, but I still make the drive because despite some hassles, I do believe I get good care. Mornings are pretty crowded and you may end up waiting, but I've been in the mid-afternoon and it was mostly empty and pretty quick to get in. more

A friend of mine recommended this place and said it is run very well and boy, was he right. I think this is one of the best medical experiences I've ever had, which starts with the fact that as a patient, pretty much all the paperwork is digital, they actually give new patients a digital pad to use to fill in information. I just did my pre-physical tests and they actually give you a sheet, after an initial questionnaire, of the tests you need to take and as you go trough the process the items are checked off by the health providers to make sure they don't miss anything. When you are done with your physical another patient showed me you get a CD with the results from your physical examination. In addition, they work really hard to make sure people don't end up waiting, that you get into your appointments on time.\r \r I know, many service providers out there but this place strikes me as being above the norm relative to the quality of their operational practices and they definitely have my business for the foreseeable future. more

I must say I am absolutely impressed with the service I received from Warner Family Practice. I'm fairly new to the Chandler area so I when I came down with a sore throat last week I tried calling two other practices to make a Tuesday morning appointment and had zero luck. I read through the Yelp reviews for this place and decided to give WFP a ring. I called at 8:00 on a Tuesday and they were able to schedule me in for 11:40 that afternoon. more

I have been coming here for years. The staff is always polite and I have never had any issues. I see my regular doctor and my allergist here. While I am not a fan of co-pays for every visit, I have not had any problems with getting lab work done or identifying potential issues from my blood work. I recommend the facility if you are in the area and in need of a family physician. more

I have been going to Warner for 7 years and have been extremely happy with them. I would always recommend them to all my friends or family. When I moved here my girls were 10 and 11 years old. When a child is that young or younger you need to be able to get them in quickly sometimes to be seen-they have always managed to squeeze us in. I also feel like they have been really good about seeing me if I need to get in soon-sometimes the same day. I understand with any business like a doctors office-they can be very busy during certain times of the year. I don't feel like it's been an issue and that they manage their office very nicely. The office staff is very good. They work through a line very efficiently. I have also been to several doctors since I have been there. I have been happy with all of them. They seem to really want to go beyond treating the symptoms and figure out why a person is having the symptoms. Its not often you find that in a group of providers. I also like their in house lab. It is so convenient to get it all done at one stop. Thank you for providing such great service!! more

Our family has been seen by Dr. Turner for 31 years and we all are very happy with all aspects of Warner Family Practice. Even after we moved to Gold Canyon 15 years ago we continue to see Dr. Turner. He is very professional and thorough, as well as personable. The entire staff, from the front desk to the billing department has served us well with no complaints all this time. Whenever we read these negative comments, we feel that we are listening to people who lead sad lives and find fault with the least possible to complain about. Kudos to Warner Family Practice! more

My husband and I were referred to Warner Family Practice by our family members who have been very happy there. On my first visit, I saw Dr. Crandall for a routine physical which included blood work, a bone density test, a metabolic rate test, and a chest x-ray. At age 53 I was impressed by the detail and thoroughness of the physical and the depth of testing Dr. Crandall did. I was also impressed that all of these tests were able to be done at Warner Family Practice facility by their staff, and the results of the tests were given to me on a CD for future reference\r The chest x-ray showed the possibility of my heart being slightly enlarged. Dr. Crandall called me personally explaining the situation, and then ordered further testing, an echocardiogram (also done at Warner Family Practice), which showed a significant leak in my aortic valve. She referred me to a Cardiologist, Dr. Ganem (who works closely with Warner Family Practice), and in a few short weeks I underwent open heart surgery to replace my valve. I cannot say thank you enough to both Dr. Crandall and Warner Family Practice for their wonderful care and service. Dr. Crandall?s care is not only professional, but also personal; she truly cares about me and my health. That chest x-ray found my problem before I even had any symptoms or indication there was a problem. Warner Family Practice and Dr. Crandall?s proactive approach to staying healthy, finding the problem early and getting it taken care of prior to any major complications, had a huge impact on my life ? for which I will always be grateful. Without a doubt, I would highly recommend Warner Family Practice and Dr. Crandall for any and all health care needs! more
