Walmart Supercenter

Very rude employees that do not know their coupon policy. I had a copy with me, and they wouldn't even look at their own policy to see that they were wrong. They were very rude, over a couple of dollars. I agree with one of the reviews also that they would only take one coupon, even though I bought 2 of the items, so I should be able to use 2 coupons. This is the only store I have had these issues with. I will be filling out my on-line survey from the receipt, and also calling or writing the corporate office. I am very disappointed. more

One of the biggest peeves I have about Mukwonago walmart is that several of the cashiers will only let you use 1 coupon! That is, if i submit 2 coupons and buy 2 items ( e.g. 2 pkgs of Ball Park Franks and 2 coupons for 55¢ off of one pkg) they'll give me 1 coupon back and tell me that they can only accept 1 coupon per product. Well,,,,,,duh...... I'm buying 2 products! And then they say...""it says right here on the coupon, ONE COUPON PER PURCHASE , and this is your purchase for today today. This has happened 4 times to me with 3 different cahiers. I spoke to themanager and he said I was right and he would alert his cashiers, but it still goes on. more

I've read the other reviews and find it hard to believe that you would think that for the prices they charge that you'd be getting a high quality item. Sometimes you have to be real about what you need and want. So if you are looking for something of high individual type quality maybe you need to look at the ""mall"" environment for it. As far as this particular Walmart - I have never had a problem returning an item (even w/o the receipt). There are times they seem short handed and you may have to wait for help, but then again it is a large, heavily used store. Again - if you want/need someone to jump to attention because you are there - - - then you need to move on to another store. As far as my family is concerned it is helpful to have this store in the area when in need of an item that only they have, rather than running all the way into Waukesha, Milwaukee, etc. more

Watch out for the service you get from upper management. I think the jewelry and photo department have gone down hill in the past 1/2 year, seems like alot of ""new faces""!! I had to deal with the jewelry manager- said it on her name tag, the woman whos only their during the day- shoulder length bown hair in regards to their jewelry guarantee *which I might add is posted above their cash register""...she is the rudest, will not stand behind diamonds that become loose- BEWARE, buy them somewhere else! Told me she could not ring up any merchandise on her register and turned away from me, rolling her eyes just to talk on the phone like I was bothering her, sounded like her ""phone call"" was not Walmart related business. I have been so bothered by this store actions recently i have been talking to alot of people in the community and I have learned you can look on the internet at walmartwatch and find out alot of horrific information. I agree with the other postings. I wish Walmart would just go out of business. I have found that if you write to corporate about this store you just tend to be ignored. No one ever reponds. I would never have my children work here. I have heard they fire alot of teenagers for theft, though some of the time it is far from the truth, the store is just downsizing because of their sales being down...in the mean time kids get a bad rep/ work reference from them. Did you know Walmart in Mukwonago ""rents"" their building from ""themselves"", which in turn allows them to cheat the property tax amount owed to Mukwonago. Check out ""Walmart Watch"" on the internet, it will inform you of alot of good ol facts! There are many people who loose their jobs (victim of downsizing/ payroll-paid on the higher side). Thank you to Hillary for being on their board back in the 80's-setting up their diversity rules the company goes by; which is set up to terminate you for ""any reason""! Don't be fooled, their quality is lesser of a quality that is not made to last! \r In the last year it seems like all the associates don't want to be their. Managemant seems to hide out in back (I know this from experience needing help at site-to-store) and it is nearly impossible to find help picking up . I waited at least 15 minutes picking up an order and tried contacting an associate though the computer 3 TIMES, and was told from a manager their would be someone to help me in a FEW MINUTES after waiting the first 10 minutes. Why couldn't the manager help me? After receiving the product and going home I was allowed to post a review about the merchandise on Walmarts website. I told about how I thought this certain item was expensive and how I wished I could have purchased it somewhere else (choices) but Walmart can refuse to post your comment. I feel they are deceitful.\r Another occasion I called Mukwonago Walmart and needed another stores number and was disconnected numerous times... finally getting through I asked for a manager, after being connected to him he blurted out the number and I was terrrified to repeat it. The management here is arrogant. Store manager (Robb Dobratz) talks back to customers; he's not very friendly with his employees either. I won't shop here anymore! If you have a problem with a return he is not willing to work with you. Be very careful of purchases of a very low quality! You are better off pretending Wal-mart doesn't exist in this small town! I have found out that Wal-mart contracts through manufacturers mainly in China to produce lesser of quality to sell for less. Pros: Absolutely nothing Cons: Rude management more
