Please, if you like your vision, DO NOT SEE DR. CECIL! She acts as if she isn't interested in really helping you during your visit. She said I have an eye problem that no other doctor has ever said I have. My glasses/contacts make my vision seem fuzzy. When I asked for a different type of contact (to go back to the original kind I use rather than what she suggested), she said I had to come back in to get another eye exam because it was too close to my next appointment - which isn't due for another several months!! Money hungry, rude, and incompetent! more

Honest People Work At Your Store! 5/31/2009

While on vacation we visited your store to purchase some gifts for our Grandchildren. Being tired, old and absent minded I left my purse unattended in the cart. An employee whose name I failed to get took my purse to the customer service counter. \r \r I am so grateful for the care your employees gave to us and so grateful for their quick action that could have prevented a bad outcome. I have learned my lesson and will take better care of my purse in the future.\r \r We will definitely make your store one of our stops if we ever get to visit Ky again. Pros: Kind, Friendly and Helpful Cons: None that we found! more

Accomodating Vision Department 12/21/2007

The vision center there really helped me, getting to get a prescription today, after I lost the lense to my eyeglasses. I was shocked it didn't take a week t get an appointment. \r \r This Wal-Mart, overall, is my primary shopping source for everything except grocery items. It's like every other Wal-Mart, in that its ability to maintain its levels of Quality, Reliable products are at a high level while they are at the cheapest price. Pros: Quality, High Selection of Good Merchandise Cons: Parking Lot Congestion, Busy Check-Out; Store Located in busiest intersection in Elizabetown more
