THIS WALMART IS SUCK! NEVER COME BACK.
I need the iphone really bad and found out that Walmart has it on sale so I called couples walmart stores to make sure that they have both color in black & white iphone 4. Finally, I talked to the sales guy at this store and he said yes we have them in stock so I told him that ""can you hold it for me, I will stop by tonight and get it"".
I just wanted to make sure that they have it for me because it's pretty far from my house. I gave him my name and he gave me his name so after I got off from work, went straight there and guess what? he told me we don't have the white color only black... just sold out. Well, I just don't want to go home with empty hand plus I drove 25 minutes ...
So I decided to get 2 black iphones instead and filled out paper work and waited for him to do all the procedure. I was waiting, waiting and waiting... for 2 hours and finally guess what, he said he could not print out the paper work for me to sign off because the printer is down and just said sorry. That's it!
So today I call them to see if they can print it out the paper work but everytime I call, they put me on hold for at least 1 hour and just hang up on me so I could not talk to anyone.
Very poor customer service!
I would not recommend this store to anyone.
