First and foremost this is my first time ever writing anything negative about a store experience. I have always been one to recognize good customer service when it is given. I have shopped at this Wal-Mart since the day it opened...never had an issue until recently. I have had the displeasure of dealing with the store manager Dub and his assistant counterpart Dominick. I have to say that their customer service skills are the worst that I have ever come across at a store where I spend hundreds of dollars a month on food and other miscellaneous products. As a store manager, Dub has no people skills and is a horrible example of representation of how a store manager should conduct himself in handling customer concerns. I will be addressing my concerns further to the regional manager James Valenti, who is based out of the Orange City location. I urge my local Oviedo residents to avoid this store due to upper managements' lack of appreciation of your continued purchases. If at all possible, shop at Target near Oviedo mall. Their customer service from upper management, down to the cashier has restored my faith in customer appreciation for the purchase. I will never spend a dime in Wal-Mart Oviedo ever again...
