I'm one of the people who hold a grudge against Wal-Mart, like the other poster refers to. I don't just think they are bad for America, I KNOW they are bad for America, and indeed, for the world. Companies are forced to produce an inferior product specifically for Wal-Mart, so when people think they are getting a deal on their same shampoo, in reality, they are getting a shoddier product.
Clothing sold there is manufactured in sweatshops, Wal-Mart takes part in sexual discrimination and hiring of illegal immigrants to clean after hours. They are anti-union, and keep their employees at minimum wage whilst they become richer and richer. Their employees who work full time are still over 30% below the poverty level. It makes me sad that people shop there, not caring about who they are supporting, as long as they can save 40 cents on their toothpaste.
