Walmart Supercenter

Im surprised by the other reviewers expectations. To think that someone earning below the poverty level is supposed to, upon hiring, turn into the butler from the Fresh Prince television sitcom is totally myopic to say the least. These people have to put up with so much B.S. on and off the job, it's no wonder they seemed hardened, indifferent and some even possess a thousand yard stare similar to that of a Vietnam Vet. Think about it, they are now on par with or maybe have even surpassed Mcdonalds employees as far as the grief and humiliation they catch after being asked where they work. Leno and Letterman never seem to miss a chance to turn a laugh at their expense. Couple that with the variables a shopper my encounter such as being assisted by a handicapped worker or a brand new employee which is very likely due to the high turn over rate thanks to all the great customers and awesome pay, and well, you may find your shopping experience to be a little less convenient than you had hoped. Now lower your expectations, get a do-it-yourself attitude and get your behind down to Wal-Mart so you can keep that Chinese economy growing and your American neighbor impoverished and the butt of everyones punchline. This Wal-Mart is awful! The prices are good, but the store is always in a state of disarray and the emplopyees are never friendly or helpful. They are particularly rude if you use coupons at the checkout. It's apparent that these people don't care to work here. Frequently, items are misplaced all over the store, and the place is dirty. Parking is impossible, and the people in the parking lot drive as if they will run over anything that moves. This store is dirty, has rude employees and rude customers. more

I will not go to this wal-mart anymore either! The store always seems very dirty to me. It is as if it is never cleaned, mopped etc. I have also found that the employees are not very friendly or helpful. Not to mention the fact that it is always crowded and parking is a pain. If you don't mind walking from the back of the parking lot to get into the store then maybe this wouldn't be that bad for you, but having a 1 year old and trying to take bags to the car at the same time when it is that far away can be a huge challenge. I have since switched to the newer Wal-mart on route 1, if I ever have to go to Wal-mart. more

I won't even shop at this store anymore. I don't even know if I would go if they were giving away something free. The lines are long, the employees who do speak English are rude and the store is always a mess. If you have a question about something, forget it, because you will never find anyone to help you. I've been waited on by customer service where I never was spoken to during the whole transaction, the clerk was on the phone. I would rather give my money to Target, where it's clean and a nicer atmosphere. more
