The experience of myself and my family members with Walla Walla Clinic was very poor. They are not a member of JACHO. The business office is very disorganized - sending out improper billing information, with wrong addresses, incomplete names.When I and others in my family attempted to rectify problems we were met with resistance and no cooperation. The business office manager has a degree in English Literature(no kidding). The charges are astronomical and their excuse for that is that they can charge any amount they want to because "this is medical" Please go to any of the other places in town. Don't make the mistake I made in going to Walla Walla Clinic. My family, relatives and friends have gone elsewhere.
