Don't be fooled by the negative review over $15.00 - Walker & Monroe are a top notch jeweler but I have used their talents for antique clock repairs for almost 30-years and Jay is a top-notch businessman! You would be hard pressed to find a clock repair technician to make house calls for your grandfather clock that exceeds 100-years of age! more

Good: Big Woop, they fixed it.... Bad: This place charged me $15 to take out two links of a watch. The watch is expensive so they probably figured they could charge me the highest amount that they estimated. My 6 year old cousin could have done this with a set of allen wrenches. I had no idea that they would charge that much and I feel robbed. Don't go here for any type of simple fix, you'll be ripped off.. Improvements: Not being ripped off.. Other: I have three other watches that need to be "tuned" and I am not taking them to this place on purpose. And for the employee reading this, I came in around noon on Feb 25, 2011 with an Oakley watch and I expressed my disgust in the bill and was shrugged off. Horrible local business in my opinion.. more

This is a Beautiful store with a huge selection of jewelry and clocks, the staff and owner are very knowledgeable and friendly, you can expect great service. They will do their best to meet your needs. more

This is a wonderful Jewelers. They have unique jewelery. They have the most beautiful Grandfather clocks. They have a nice selection of clocks. They stand by there products. I have bought jewelry here and have been very happy. Excellent workmanship. They have a friendly and helpful staff. Prices are higher but worth the quality more
