Wal-Mart Super Center

I can't stand the management at this Wal-Mart they are rude not only to their employees but to the customers as well. I was trying to cash my check one night and we had bought a few things and the cashier didn't have enough cash in her drawer to cash it so she had to call a manager up to get some money for her cause she said everyone in the cash office was on lunch and the manager started yelling at her right in front of us. I went off on the manager. There was no need for that. I can take my business elsewhere if they really want me to. They definitely need to straighten their acts up here. Plus most of the cashiers are slow and not friendly at all. more

I hate this wal-mart with a passion. The customer service here is HORRIBLE! The sporting goods department is the worst. The workers in this department have no clue about anything. I tried to buy a gun here one night and they wouldn't allow me to for no reason. I went to another wal-mart in another town that same night and I had no problem buying the same gun that I was trying to buy at this wal-mart. If this happens again they will lose all my sporting good buys to Academy, which by the way is much better. The cashiers are super slow and I swear they take their sweet time just to tick you off. Not only that but they are suppose to cash payroll checks at any of the registers and half the time they complain and tell you, you have to go over to the customer service desk, which is just a hassle. They need new management here. I was a crew manager at the age of 17 and could run my store way better than the managers here who I know are way over the age of 17. I think this store needs to get its act together. more
