- Good -: Okay service, mostly friendly staff.
- Bad -: Extremely limited wares. Registers are painfully understaffed, especially during peak hours where at most there are only 3 or 4 registers running out of the 12 available, leading to extensive backups. Much of the staff is under-trained in neighboring departments (and some in their own department), opting instead to simply shuffle you to the next available "associate" instead of helping you themselves.
- Improvements -: Better training of the staff in other areas of the store. You don't have to know the whole store, but you should at least know your neighboring sections. More staffing in the registers and checkout lanes, better product knowledge, and better follow-through when confronted with a question you don't know the answer to.
- Other -: Overall I was not very satisfied with my experience at this Walmart, though I must say I'm not surprised. This seems to be much the norm at just about any location, where the bottom dollar seems to out-weigh customer satisfaction. I should also mention that in my brief experience browsing the aisles I noticed no less than 3 spills, one of them what appeared to be a cleaning powder from their own cleanup stands. No signs, no markers, and no crew anywhere in sight to clean it up. I'm very disappointed.
