we weren't able to actually even view one of these apartments. they did have well maintained grounds and a community pool. however, they homes themselves had an older appearance and apparently are quite "sought after."
the management office smelled like a smoky bar-- this was definitely a turnoff , but the office worker did help us with recommendations of ways to find a townhouse rental.
PROS: good value, pool
CONS: smoky office, lack of availabity
