This place is not the friendliest of restaurants. They actually seem rather rude when you are ordering but if you have a late night need for Chinese food or craving some teriyaki ...

Moldy surprise 1/12/2010

So as we all know, well those of us who live in or around Lowell at least, Wah Sang has the fastest service around. I ordered some crabrangoons there this weekend and finally figured out why, BECAUSE IT'S ALL OLD AND PRE COOKED. There was mold inside of my crabrangoon and the rice was kind of hard, it had a "stale" essence to it. All in all this place really isn't worth your money, think about what you're putting into your mouth honestly. For all you know they went to the bathroom or sneezed in your food and didn't wash their hands etc. Plenty of other good Chinese restaurants in the area more

Unsanitary, Bugs, Rudeness 1/6/2010

There have been several complaints since June 2009 about the sanitation and infestation problems but it keeps getting ignored. Me and my friends complained to City Hall because of their buisness several times, finding Cockroaches in our food, or getting food poisoning from it only to have THEM, yes the people at Wah Sangs yell at us, the customers they poisoned. Please, for your sake, do NOT eat here. more

Unsanitary, Bugs, Rudeness 1/6/2010

I went online to complain because I ordered there food last night and thought it tasted a little funny. I've been puking like crazy and called them to complain, first time they hung up and the second time they said they didn't care. Do NOT believe these reviews about "eating there for years, great food etc." The only reason people ate there for years was because it was the only spot around. I've found almost 7 posts alone within this past hour about cases of poisoning and cockroach findings from Wah Sang. Frankly I'm not all too surprised either because the place is just down right dirty. Save your money and go somewhere else. more

I've eaten at Wah Sang for many yrs. They are not rude just don't know how to communicate well in English. Their food is absolutely wonderful. They make their own home made sauce as well. Wonderful food. Want to eat heavy food and fill up for the day??? Wah Sang is it. After eating here when I was a kid and now still eating there other Chinese restaurants seem dull. more

We moved about an hour away a few years ago and if I am really craving chinese food, I drive to Wah Sang !! Love that place!! more

Good enough to fix that greasy late night need. 9/28/2005

This place is not the friendliest of restaurants. They actually seem rather rude when you are ordering but if you have a late night need for Chinese food or craving some teriyaki beef then this place is good enough. The prices are fair and the variety is large so again I say this place is good enough for a short fix. more
