Wade Hatchell's maintenance agreement is the best. I love knowing they will come Spring and Fall and check EVERYTHING. Sam has been here twice and is incredibly thorough, friendly, knowledgeable, and loves to teach and share information to keep me informed and the system running perfectly. HORRIBLE 5/25/2021

Horrible costumer service, this company has been to my house several times this year and the last time that they were at my house my husband and I were told that we were lucky that we didn't have a fire because of the horrible wiring that this company did. Every time that they come over they keep cutting wires and taking parts out saying that the parts were extra parts and the unit didn't need it to work. we keep being charged for them to come and fix the same problem, and it's yet to be fixed. I would not recommended this company. if anything they should give us a refund. I called this morning and I let them know that my unit wouldn't turn on at all and let them know about the issues that I had with them. They didn't apologize or anything. They didn't offer to come and look at the unit or anything else. The employees are extremely rude, and I will never use this business again more

Sam J arrived promptly as scheduled and performed a thorough evaluation of our HVAC system. Sam J carefully gave explanation for filter changes to the HVAC system and made recommendations for filter and system upgrades and detailed costs associated with each. more

SAM J 12/22/2020

I happened to not be home at the time and was working myself. SAM J came to check out my system and took an hour to conduct a thorough inspection. He washed filters and checked everything for us. Not only is SAM J our regular inspector, he's also a great friend. He had always remembered our small dog, Coco Chaney, and he was rather disappointed to find out from my wife that she died earlier from cancer. He always enjoyed Coco when he would come to check out our system. Thank you, SAM J for all your great service and friendship in past years and even now. Hope to have you also in the future. We love you very much! more

Service for Fall Checkup 9/30/2020

Sam J was the service person who arrived for our first experience with Wade Heating. He was very polite and knowledgeable about the system. Being new to heat pumps he explained the basic to us. Checked everything and addressed a concern i had about the blower noise and isolaed it ti a retyrn air grill. I will ask for him again the next time that service is due.
