I work at a university where we used these guys supplies. First off, just getting the order placed was ridiculous. Order confirmation came fast and then a WEEK later another email about items out of stock. Had to call and adjust the order. ANOTHER WEEK and finally we get a tracking number. When the order arrived, it is both the original order and the new order.
Thinking, cool huh? NOPE. They billed us for both orders TWICE! Are you serious?
But all that is the least of the worries
The antigens we received were MISLABELED. Do you know how much time and money that cost us?
Is that it? NO. contaminated as well. I can't even say how the rest of the order went, we scrapped everything. About 2 months of research wasted.
The only reason they get ONE star is because I can't give them NEGATIVE stars.
When I called to complain? ""I will notate the account sir, thank you.""
I have never been so insulted by a professional company. I thought I was talking to Walmart customer care.
