Having just returned from vacation, I made an attempt to get an appt to get my eyes checked since my vision had been so bad lately. I am thankful that you were my third call. The others either had a full voice mailbox or could not see me for a month. Imagine my surprised when Cindy said I could come in 1 1/2 hrs. Thankfully, I was dressed and ready to go. From the first encounter at the reception desk, to the exams, everyone was so nice and professional. The thoroughness with which my examination was conducted was far above what I have rec'd before. Lisa, Jennifer and Dr Moss were all so nice and helpful. I felt bad that Dr Moss had to apologize for my delay due to some medical problems he had that morning. I am a patient person so having to wait is not a negative thing. Good things come to those who wait - and I certainly agree with that statement in regards to your Clinic. Looking forward to a long ongoing relationship with you.
