Vision Quest Sport and Fitness

I love working out at Vision Quest! I have come to love fitness and healthy eating and have changed my whole lifestyle in the last year or so! I was so unhealthy before and I thought I was just average and there was no good reason to change but when I went to cheer on one of my girl friends at her Biggest Loser Finale, I was AMAZED at the turnout and the RESULTS everybody was getting! I also saw a difference not just in how my friend looked but how she acted! She was changing her lifestyle and I decided that I wanted to join in all the fun as well! So I joined the next competition and have never looked back! I am happier, I have more energy and more than anything I am excited that my kids have fallen into this routine as well. I cant think of anything much more important than helping them learn to live a HEALTHY and ACTIVE lifestyle! more

I have a similar story to the ones below. I'm a mother of three and I gave up on doing things for myself. I came to cheer on a friend at the Biggest Loser 14 kickoff and it changed my life. I was perplexed with the information and how much they cared about everyone's individual fotness results. I invested in myself and the time with the personal trainer. I started taking the supplements to help me with my eating and recovery and they helped me greatly with curbing my appetite and helping me feel great. I worked with Camie 3 times a week durring the competition and lost a total of 35.6 lbs. 22% of my body. 22% OF MY BODY!!! All I can say is this place is no joke. My husband is a firefighter and uses the facilities twice, sometimes three times a day and we both love us. They treat us like family. My husband has always been in crazy shape because of his profession but I cant say the same about myself! I am so glad I met the people here. The trainer ive worked with has helped me greatly. Ive lost 45 lbs after having my three kids and I feel like the woman my husband fell in love with! more

I have been working out here for a few years and I really enjoy the way Vision Quest has set up everything. I am still working with he same trainer, brandon, since they took over and he is wonderful. I am down 40lbs and owe all of it to him. Before VQ I always just came in alone and maintained but never lost. Now I am feeling better than ever because of the real acountability.. I have been a member here for about 6 years now and I am very impressed with the Vision Quest family. I have worked with the same trainer since they arrived and I am very pleased with my results. The front desk girls are wonderful and the customer service is amazing. The ONE time i had something i didnt understand happen to my account they took care of it in less than 24 hours. The customer service is great! Everytime I come in the girls at the desk greet me. The team even takes care of the cleaning themselves! Its such a warm experience going to a locally owned gym! more

Horrible customer service! I paid for a series of TRX classes that were cancelled out from under me, and management refused to offer me replacement training or a refund. I was also repeatedly overcharged. Managers repeatedly apologized, but failed to act or even return my calls. I tried to cancel my membership and couldn't even get one of the two managers on staff to take the time to do that much. A waste of my time and money. Don't go here. more
