Vision Quest Sport And Fitness

What a relief switching to this gym has been for me. I get to use cardio machines and 25lb free weights at 6pm at night. That's unheard of at my last gym, 24hour fitness. I came in when a friend was joining. I ended up working out for that day and realized what a good gym was suppose to be like. Clean! It was amazing. And the best part was that I didn't need to wait for anything. There was little to no crowd in the free weight area. And the people that were there were definitely there to work out. It wasn't intimidating and it wasn't a scene. Just people trying to get there work out done and go home. No one sitting on machines chatting, no one grunting in the mirrors, no one strutting around trying to be seen. Who would of known that people actually just come to get a work out in. And the place is clean. You can tell the actually like their gym. Members clean off equipment. Staff was walking around wiping stuff down. The trash isn't overflowing. I feel like I was constantly in danger of getting staff infection at my last gym. Here, I feel like I could eat in the cardio area and not vomit. It's great. I highly recommend checking this gym out ASAP. Cancel your gym membership and come check this place out today! Pros: lots of weights, clean, uncrowded, staff Cons: didn't know about it sooner. more

I have a great time whenever I come to this gym. Its got a fantastic array of classes and equip to keep me motivated and moving. I really enjoy the Zumba classes with Julie. She's a great instructor and has been there forever. Plus the price is impossible to beat. more

If you want a good price. Smiling employees and Awesome trainers this is the place. I love working out here everyday. It makes me happy all of the time. La fitness is a joke compared to Vision Quest. Vision Quest is a good few dollars spent!!! more

I workout about everyday. And ever since Vision Quest took over, the customer service finally stepped it up. You can actually talk to people know. They are approachable. And they know what they are doing. The personal trainers are friendly and very helpful. I am very impressed to say the least. more

I've never had a problem here that wasn't resolved quickly. The managers have been prompt in returning phone calls (not that I've made a lot, but the times I have I heard back from them within a day) and always friendly. It's a high traffic gym so I don't expect it to be SPOTLESS all the time but they definitely try which I appreciate. The gym costs 20 bucks a month, it's a great place for the money. more

I cant believe how awesome this gym is. I look forward to working out everyday. I think the staff plays a huge roll in this. They are all so nice and really care about thier members. No pushy staff, just friendly and helpful...And the prices are cheap. Work out at Vision Quest. You wont regret it. more

I am very impressed with Vision Quest. There prices are better than everyone elses...and they have babysitting for my child so I can work out hands Free!!! I love the child care artwork too. It makes the room alive...I recommend this gym to anyone...Must go sign up! more

I Love the equipment at Vison quest. If it wasnt for the gym i would not have lost the 20libs i did. I am so thankful that i have this gym. The staff is great and I love the cardio machines. Also check out their classes. more

Im so happy we finally got a vision quest up North...I was visiting Auburn about a year ago and went to the Vision Quest location, I was very impressed. Now we have Vision Quest in Edmonds. The Service is great and the classes they offer fit my work out needs. Thank you Vision Quest for coming to Edmonds!!! more

Mieko's in Edmonds is a great gym. They have a very educated staff that is friendly and helpful. My whole family works out at Mieko's. Spencer ( the blond Spencer) Has been so helpful in getting me in shape. I have been working out with him for 3 months. The only down side is they close to early on sat. and sunday. more

I love this gym! Spencer is a great trainer. I am not sure of his last name but he is the blond Spencer.( they have two Spencers.) Mieko's has a very friendly staff that are educated and helpful. I have been working out with Spencer for 3 months and have been happy with the results I am getting. The only down side is that they are not open late enough on the week ends. more
