Great service experience. The Samsung LCD...while a great picture, not as reliable as expected, most unfortunate. Too bad you guys (and gals) don't make TV's. Pros: Timely repair, knowledgeable & friendly. Cons: Nothings cheap anymore. more

MY TV broke and LG sent me to them. Cassidy was awsome, fast and knew what was goin on! Jennifer helped me a lot also. I still had another problem but will use them again! Pros: Customer Service Cons: My TV broke more

Not too shabby 5/5/2009

I recently had my TV die while watching American Idol. Pi$$ed off doesn't even come close to describing my emotions at the time. I immediately got on the horn with Samsung to get it fixed. The assigned me to Virginia Electronics. I got a call from them the next morning and the girl told me that they were ordering parts and it would be like 5 days. Once again, not happy. I got a call the next day saying that the part was in and they wanted to come out the next morning. The tech, Dave, showed up 20 minutes into my 2 hour window, and had my tv fixed in 30 minutes. All in all this was a great experience, aside from the fact that my tv broke. I would highly recommend this company. Pros: One trip fix Cons: 3 days without my tube more

Repaired my Refrigerator 5/4/2009

Took a while (had a worker out) to come fix it; but finally it is now fixed. Just poor comunication on their part. IF I used them again I would get written communication instead of just verbal on when they would arrive to service (kept changing). Scott the repair man was very nice professional and clean. Pros: Fixed my Fridge Cons: Took a whole month more

One of the best service experiences I have ever had 4/23/2009

I had both a Panasonic and Samsung TV repaired. One under warranty, one was not. The technician was clearly an expert in his field. He had parts on the truck to fix the television upon arrival and the price for the cod repair was more than fair. I would recommend the company to anyone. USELESS, INCOMPETENT THIEVES 4/6/2009

These people are just milking the extended warranty business. They refused, after three visits to repair our piece of cr@p samsung tv, and reported back to samsung that it was "within normal" operating range despite making a loud annoying buzzing noise. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE JERKS. Pros: NONE Cons: Useless jerks - AVOID DOING BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS more
