Take my word for it... Ignore the outdated, negative reviews below and try this place for yourself. Michael (owner and stylist) is GREAT... he's been cutting my hair for 2-3 years now and I have never, ever been disappointed. My girlfriend now uses Michael too (for cut and color) and absolutely loves him. BTW, the nasty receptionist mentioned below is long-gone and I've never heard them play techno. more

Getting ready to go on my honeymoon, I called Vineyard's and made an appointment for a Brazilian wax, which was listed on their website, received an appointment, and showed up on time only to be told by their receptionist in a condescending manner that ""We don't DO that here, we TRIED to contact you."" No apologies, just arrogance. No explanation for why they would list a procedure on their website, happily accept an appointment FOR that procedure only to basically make me feel like dirt once I got there. I checked their website as soon as I got home to make sure I wasn't crazy, and sure enough they still list Brazilian Wax: $75 in their services. more

This was my first time getting eyelash extensions...so I did a little research online to be sure I knew what to expect. I do have to say that the receptionist was frumpy and barely greeted me, AFTER she finished her phonecall (hence why I only gave 4 stars, not 5). Sarah did my lashes and they look FABULOUS! They are so realistic looking, nobody will ever know, unless I tell them!!!\r \r My only complaint about the actual PROCESS was the music!!! The radio was set to a local techno station! Techno is my least favorite music, not to mention it is the furthest thing from relaxing!!! Eyelash extensions take 2- 2 1/2 hours the first time, so I had to sit through many, many, many songs and commercials, it was very annoying. I would have preferred music you hear while getting a massage, or facial. I'm a new mom, so this was a big deal.....being ""kidless"" for 2 hours! Woo Hoo! I was hoping to fall asleep to sounds of a babbiling brooke, the ocean, or chirping birds!!!!\r \r As I paid, the receptionist told me ""Go out the door on your right"" I said okay, she explained the other door was locked already (I was the last client in the building, they were closing after I left)... So, I turned around, and walked to the door on my RIGHT, she quickly reminded me ""I told you, the RIGHT door.."" and I quickly reminded her, I DID walk to the door on my RIGHT! She said ""I meant your right, when you were facing me."" \r \r I thought ""Wow....she could have just said, oops, I meant your left. Have a wonderful night!"" But instead she practically argued with me about being correct about which door I was supposed to leave out of!!!!! She bothered me. And for someone who works at a salon, she should seriously get her hair done....\r \r \r My lashes look so wonderful, I will definitely go back for ""fills"". Sarah was a prefectionist, and I'll be recommending her to everyone I know! I giver HER 5 stars! I came to visit a friend in Woodinville and wanted something to do while she was at work. I reseached City Search and found the last great review and thought I'd treat myself to a facial at the Vineyards Salon and Spa.\r \r The room was quitet and there was soft music. The facial specialist, Sarah, was very professional and first did an an analysis of my skin then gave me the most relaxing and wonderful facial I've ever gotten! The Yonka products are like nothing I've ever smelled.... they are wonderful! Sarah helped me with a chart for the products and got me the products I really needed. It wasn't the typical hard sell to push products.\r \r 2 weeks later, my skin still looks great!\r \r I'm scheduling another visit soon!!\r \r Everyone was so warm and friendly. When I travel for business, I am always in search of the next great spa and beauty treatment and here I find out the best salon is right here in my backyard in Woodinville!\r \r I had been using the big Seattle beauty firm for several years not knowing where else to go. The prices for services kept climbing and the reception got colder. It?s a conveyer line. When I called to make an appointment, I was ALWAYS put on hold for a long time. When I got hassled for bringing back hairspray I bought there when it wouldn?t work and when they wouldn?t repair a botched color job, I started my research to find something better.\r \r One lady at my office looks absolutely fantastic; great cut, perfect makeup and she often talked about the wonderful spa services. I asked and was told it was Vineyards Salon and Day Spa in Woodinville and I also discovered this was in my hometown of Woodinville!\r \r Upon walking into the salon, I was warmly greeted and asked if I wanted something to drink! Wow...nice people! I had an appointment with the lead stylist, Michael, who transformed my thick mop of non-descript hair into the hottest style. I?ve got grays and the old colorist at the ?big? firm had my hair very brassy. Michael toned it down and added a few highlights. I can?t believe I look so good and I am getting a ton of compliments! Someone guessed me to me 5 years younger than I am. Cool!!\r \r Last week I had a Yonka facial..... an unbelievable 60 minutes of sheer relaxing bliss! The spa room was quiet and private, low lights, soft music playing and the smell of the Yonka products are heavenly!! The skin care specialist was quite skilled and my skin is still glowing! A facial at this place is not a pleasant experience. The equipment is old, barely working, and dirty. I think they actually reuse the sponges they use on people's faces...mine smelled like laundry soap!?!?! The same bed they do bikini waxing is where you will lay to get your face worked on. It didn't smell or look clean to me. The brushes used for applying the mask had rust on the metal which extended onto the upper area of the bristles, machine brushes were green from something...gross!! Water wasn't hot enough. It was very uncomfortable for me to be in a room with all those cold surfaces. Tile floors, bathtub, and shower stall. It gave the illusion of cold, which is never comfortable. Facial massage given is way too hard to get that done more than once every five years! Personal preference, but I didn't enjoy the smell of the room. A spa should smell fresh and clean. Cons: Too expensive for what you get more

I have had several services performed at Vineyards. I have been treated very well everytime. The people are all very friendly. Prices are comparable to other salons. more
