I pretty much agree with all the other reviews warning people against this place. They will pressure you into a crap deal where you end up paying a lot more than you think. Shady business practices and overall a dump. Once you get in and you realize that either nothing works or breaks down after the first week of being there, you'll begin looking at options of getting out. But part of their shady practice is there is ""no lease break policy"". Are you kidding me? How shady is that? You're forced to stay in a over priced bug infested dump with unsafe or non working appliances? Maintenance staff is slow and incompetent. As a renter for many years this place has ruined renting for me. I will never, ever rent again. If I am forced into such a position I will definitely hire an attorney and inspector beforehand. Stay away, you will regret coming here! more

Terrible place to live 11/24/2009

My husband and I moved in the end of august.. Since then we ve been dealing with a bug problem that they can not seem to fix. It is horrible. I have never lived with bugs until i moved in here. Its disgusting! in 2 months extermital has been to my apartment 3 or 4 times and nothing is fixing the problem .. they just keep doing the same thing.. they even asked us to catch some for them.. talk about gross, but it wasnt hard since we were killing so many a day. They even lied about coming in one day and once she got caught in her lie she said ohh they went to the apartment next door... yeah right.. then proceeded to tell me i would have to wait 2 more weekd until they came back out. The apartment has many things wrong with it when we moved in and it took them three months to get most of them taken care of. The management are liars, they called and said everything was fixed in the apartment.. yeah right, they hadnt even set foot in my apartment. so i called back and she goes ohhh they didnt have the right key... yeah ok... Parking is terrible. The apartment cabinets have a liner in them that are coming up and look terrible.. they did not fix this and i dont believe plan on doing it. The toilet seat was not changed and was broke when we moved in. All of our screens in the windows were dented and pushed out, we had to fight with them to get those fixed. bad carpeting, . just all around terrible and i would not recommend my worst enemy to live here! Since we moved in i smelled a moldy smell in my pantry , took them two months to come check it out, well mysteriously after they came to check it out, when i wasnt home, the smell went away and they said there was no mold , i was smelling dust ... yeah that makes sense, so i think they did something to mask it. i want out of my lease and am about to take my rent to escrow with the courts if this bug crap doesnt get fixed. and them im going to call the BBB and the health dept to see if they can get me out of my lease!! Company not flexible or willing to work with customers. 8/7/2009

My lease is not up until November 29, 2009 but I made the mistake of signing a new lease earlier this week. I was told by a staff member that there is only one apt. available in my style at this time and they go quickly! When I came in to request to cancel my renewal (less than 24 hours later) I was told no, I already signed a legal and binding contact. This is true but very poor customer service since you have almost 4 months to find a renter and I only changed my mind one day later! Also, I was treated very differently (like the ""enemy"") once it was known I didn't want to renew my lease. I have been a model resident for over 2 years! Pros: Lots of trees! Cons: Utilities, power, water, sewer, very costly! more

i moved in january of 08. i hate it. the staff is so nice to you, to get you to sign a lease. it's all down hill from there. i have a gap around my front door that rain, worms and cold air comes in. they told me that they would have to replace the door frame and the door and they told me they will not do it. along with the $65 ""water"" bill a month is nuts. i could go on and on about this place. it is not worth it. you can not get out of your lease for any reason at all. they will tell you that you can move out at any time but you will still have to pay rent each month. i hope this will helo someone else, i am just sorry i didn't reaserch before i moved in here. Pros: no parking problems Cons: everything else more

Stay Away!!! 8/16/2007

I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy! They get you in there making false promises, then do nothing! I have a list of repairs that were supposed to be fixed that one year later still aren't! I was given duck tape to seal out the cold air on a sliding glass door that wouldn't close this past winter! Two other tenants and myself had to shovel our parking lot just to be able to get out. You call them and call them and call them and nothing is done! Then they lie and say you never called or that you refused to have it repaired! I had no airconditioning and it was 97 degrees in my townhouse! Who would refuse to have that fixed!!!!! If you do move in, take pictures!! And document every call, every persons name that you talk to, or they will keep your deposit and lie!! I'm currently working on a class action suit, on the water bills and management. if anyone is interested please email me at nays407@yahoo Pros: The outside of the place looks nice Cons: The insides are dirty and in much needed repairs! The resident pool is awful! Don't be fooled by the main pool! Tenants are not allowed to use that one! more
