The most rude and unprofessional. No real employees. Owner's mom was nice but her husband was extremely rude and almost started a fight. Started out with remarks like ""we will charge your a** extra if you bring it back late"" and ""the machines aren't new when they leave you know"" when we simply pointed out a burned out light and a slice in the tire so we don t get charged for it. After which we said ""we've had enough of your attitude"". He replied ""What are going to do about it?"" And from there it got bad, almost physical. I couldn't believe it !!!. At that time machine was already loaded onto our trailer and we made them unload it. I wasn't going to support a business like that. We've done nothing to those people, in fact we've done business there before. They didn't offer any apologies, either. I wanted to write this and do my part, if everyone would do this, people like that will either SHAPE UP or SHIP OUT !!!
